It's similar in Germany, although they dropped the altitude to 5,000ft MSL/3,500ft AGL. Regardless it's probably a really bad idea to fly without a transponder in Europe, since the airspace is so crowded and it'd be really difficult avoiding those control zones :lol:

But the idea is to fly like in the 1920s and back then there was no Transponder, no GPS, no VOR, no NDB and pilots would use Morse code at 500 kilocycles to communicate with the ground. :mrgreen:

Hello Vitus, I absolutely agree with you! Also after my post for GPS I realize the GPS is ruins the beauty of Vega 5 so I really like your idea to keep the original style of Vega 5 from 1920s! Thank you very much! Simply love it!
