Oil issues

OK. So I deleted data.dat and started afresh. I left KMKC for KABQ and halfway through the flight the oil pressure light comes on again. This time instead of zero pressure, it's too high. Off the scale in fact. But the oil temperature is 0 What did I do this time?

Take-off pull to th left

During take-off, the plane pulls very hard to the left and I cannot correct it with any amount of rudder or aileron input. Can someone remind me what I am doing wrong?
